QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP

All labour shall be performed by qualified tradespersons skilled in their respective disciplines.

Work shall comply with industry best practices, OAA/RAIC standards of practice, and trade association guidelines.

Install materials strictly in accordance with manufacturer installation instructions and warranty requirements.

Mockups shall be provided where required to verify design intent, finish quality, and assembly sequencing.

Maintain clean and orderly worksite and protect existing construction and adjacent properties at all times.
